Application requirements: All occupants over 18 must fill out an application and pay a separate application fee of $35. (Only one application fee can be paid online, additional application fees must be paid to the office by money order only NO CASH). At least one verifiable rental reference ( minimum 12 month lease) or mortgage reference. Applications must be completely filled out, any applications missing information will automatically be denied. The following documents must be provided with all applications 1)Driver's License, State Issued ID (All applicants) 2) Social Security Cards (All Applicants Occupants) 3) Month's worth of income verification (All Applicants).
